Only a
few other cities and states have Jewish history
websites. As I find them, they will be added to this
page.
Suggestions are welcome.

Jewish Historical Society of Michigan
Their website tells us that the all-volunteer Jewish Historical
Society of Michigan was founded in 1959 and that its Michigan Jewish
History is the longest continuously published journal of
local Jewish history in North America. While the website has almost no
content created for the web, archiving past Journals, back to 1960,
as pdf documents and indexing them well, has made the website a treasure of
information. The most recent online Journal is Fall
2008. As they wait a year before web publishing, the 2009 issue will soon be
posted. (as of 10/22/2010) |
